PHILOSOPHY

Whether you've previously experienced acupuncture or cupping, or are a first-timer, you're encouraged to push pause, slow down, and give your body the chance to rest and reset.

There's nothing wishy-washy here. This is a practical, unpretentious, no-nonsense, hands on approach to healing.

 â€‹

Treatments are aimed at promoting movement and circulation while creating space to heal and help restore balance in the body. They can be used to fix a condition, or used on a regular basis as preventative maintenance, with the objective of maintaining wellness and general health.

There's an innate ability within our bodies to self-correct and heal when given the opportunity, and treatments are aimed to help free up this potential.

I'm a firm believer that good therapy and the path to well-being shouldn't require costly interventions and fancy machinery.

Whatever your pace or purpose, I hope you make a little time for your mind and body amid the busyness of the everyday.

*In 1996 the World Health Organization published a report detailing symptoms, diseases and conditions that have been proven to be effectively treated by acupuncture in controlled trials. This list, while comprehensive, is by no means exhaustive in what clinicians use acupuncture for successfully every day. ACUPUNCTURE: REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF REPORTS ON CONTROLLED CLINICAL TRIALS
